You can order from Fork Farms with a Purchase Order (PO) in two ways: email your PO to our team, or order online from the Fork Farms Store and send your PO with the order number. Here are the steps and details.

Submitting your Purchase Order
- You can send your Purchase Order directly to our team.
- Or order online from the Fork Farms Store. In Farmative, press the Store card on My Apps to open it signed in. Once your order is confirmed by email, send a copy of your PO to store@forkfarms.com with your order number. We'll attach your PO to the order.
- If you are a tax-exempt organization, please let us know. Including a copy of your tax-exempt certificate with the PO is greatly appreciated. When you order online, open the Store from Farmative so you check out as your organization: an order placed while you're not signed in as your organization is charged tax.

Confirmation and processing
- Once your PO is received and processed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number, sent from store@forkfarms.com.
- Feel free to reply to that confirmation email with any questions or concerns.

Invoicing
- After your order has shipped, which typically takes 5-7 business days, you or your designated billing contact will receive an emailed invoice that can be paid by check, credit card or ACH. All invoices are set with net 30 terms.
- Reach out to billing@forkfarms.com to set up ACH payments.
- Online orders only: if you paid by credit card when checking out online, no invoice will be sent.
