More about the rainbow greens:
Fresh Start Beet Greens have a mild, delicate, and slightly earthy flavor. They are tender and less intense than mature beet greens. Their fresh, clean taste is perfect for raw salads or light sautés, and pairs well with citrus, garlic or vinaigrettes.
Northern Lights Swiss Chard Mix features vibrant stems in gold, pink, red and white, offering striking color along with a mild, slightly sweet flavor. The colorful stems add visual appeal and a subtle crunch, perfect for fresh or cooked dishes.
Fire Fresh Swiss Chard features deep green, glossy leaves and vivid red stems that are brighter then typical chard varieties. With a mild, slightly sweet flavor and tender texture, it's ideal for salads or cooking. It's upright, uniform growth makes it great for easy harvesting.
